Exempt Associate Physicians (SBP)
To be entitled to exemption from the registration fee, in addition to being 70 years old, the member must be up to date with their annual contributions to the SBP paid, uninterruptedly, over the last 10 years prior to the date of application. The procedure follows the same regulations for annual fee exemption, as described in article 9 of the SBP Bylaws.

Cancellation/Refund
Cancellation / Refund Cancellation requests must be formalized via email sent to the Congress Secretariat. event@moretticoelho.com.br .
The refund of amounts paid will be made for registrations canceled up to 30 days before the event, with retention of 30% of the amount paid, or in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, at any time, as long as the request is made in up to 7 days after payment is made. Request for cancellation or withdrawal after the stipulated period will not be refunded, except when in accordance with art. 49 of the CDC.
Refunds will be made up to 30 days after the end of the event, except in cases referred to in art. 49, sole paragraph of the CDC, the refund will be within 2 business days. There is no refund for registration made in the wrong category, except in cases covered by art 49 of the CDC.
Failure to attend the event will not be refunded. Duplicate registrations will be returned according to the established deadline and only after receipt of proof of actual duplication. The refund will be made directly to a bank account that has the congressman as an account holder.
Under no circumstances will there be returns outside the rules established above.
